Danna focuses her practice on Corporate and Transactional Law, advising domestic and international clients and participating in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, drafting and review of agreements, incorporation of commercial and civil entities, trusts, foreign investment matters and legal advisory services for companies across various sectors.

Before joining the firm, Danna worked for more than two years at a recognised Mexican financial institution and for more than one year at one of the most prominent public notary offices in Mexico City, experience that provides her with a valuable and comprehensive perspective on the needs of domestic and international corporate clients.
