Jorge Ernesto Flores Valenzuela has over 25 years of experience advising individuals and companies, with a strong focus on contentious matters and dispute resolution across a range of practice areas.

His experience includes judicial and extrajudicial debt recovery, portfolio management, and the representation of financial entities—particularly SOFOMs—in proceedings before CONDUSEF and in judicial matters. He also represents consumers and businesses in proceedings before PROFECO, as well as insurance companies in complex litigation.

Jorge has extensive experience in civil, commercial and family law disputes, including proceedings before the Civil Registry related to civil status matters.

He previously served as Legal Manager at Laboratorio Médico Polanco, where he gained experience in the internal regulation of medical laboratories and corporate governance for private entities.
