Kely has more than 6 years of experience advising individuals and legal entities and carrying out contentious actions and defence in matters such as judicial and extrajudicial collections, portfolio management, representation of SOFOMs in proceedings before the Comisión Nacional para la Protección y Defensa de los Usuarios de Servicios Financieros and judicial proceedings, representation of consumers and companies in proceedings before the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor, judicial defence of insurance companies, representation in civil, commercial and family matters, and proceedings before the Civil Registry related to the civil status of individuals.
