Roberto Jiménez Ramos joined the firm in 2013 and has been a partner since 2023. He is one of the leading partners in the Corporate, Transactions & Business Law practice.

With over 15 years of experience, he advises domestic and international clients on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, and the structuring of international corporate vehicles and legal frameworks. His practice also covers asset acquisitions and disposals, legal due diligence, joint ventures, tender offers, private equity and venture capital transactions, foreign investment, shareholder agreements, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Roberto has significant experience representing buyers, sellers and investors, as well as handling complex shareholder disputes and hostile takeover scenarios.

His industry experience includes pharmaceutical, automotive, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, textiles, retail, energy, food and beverage, and general products and services.
