Having served as Legal Director in strategic areas of the regulatory authority, Omar brings a comprehensive perspective across various administrative procedures in the telecommunications field, advising national and international operators on obtaining concessions for fixed services and authorisations to commercialise telecommunications services (MVNOs); advising regulated entities under the Telecommunications and Broadcasting Law on the design of compliance strategies before the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority; and on defining corrective actions prior to the exercise of supervisory and verification powers by the regulatory authority, among other advisory and consulting matters.
